7 Questions, 1 Custom Real Estate Hub: A Smarter Way to Plan Your Move in Bergen & Hudson County
Most people start their real estate search the same way: they Google a few phrases, skim some generic articles, watch random YouTube videos, and then get bombarded by calls from agents who don’t know their town, their block, or their situation.
That’s exactly what this new tool is designed to fix.
Today, you can answer seven simple questions online and get a custom resource hub built specifically around your situation, your neighborhood, your timeline, and your goals—all before you ever talk to a real estate agent.

Who built this (and why)
I’m Scott Selleck with The Selleck Group, Keller Williams City Views Realty. I’ve spent 32+ years selling homes in Bergen and Hudson County, with 500+ closed transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, seniors downsizing, and clients relocating to and from the area.
Over the years, I’ve seen the same pattern: people ask very specific, real-world questions—and get generic, one-size-fits-all answers that don’t match their price point, town, or life stage.
So instead of another static buyer’s guide or vague blog post, I built the Selleck Client Resource Hub.
What is the Selleck Client Resource Hub?
The idea is simple.
You answer seven questions at quiz.sellecksellsnj.com.
I personally built a custom page for you based on your answers—your situation, towns, timing, and goals.
You get one URL with everything you need to get oriented before you start viewing homes or interviewing agents.
This is not a national portal, not a canned drip campaign, and not a generic checklist blasted to everyone.
What you get inside your custom hub
1. A curated guide for your exact situation
Instead of a generic buyer’s guide or national seller checklist, your hub starts with a guide that speaks directly to where you are right now.[youtube]
Examples:
Thinking about selling in New Jersey and moving to Florida?
You get my New Jersey-to-Florida Transition Framework, built around timing, logistics, and financial planning for that specific move.First-time buyer in Bergen County?
You get content tailored to your target towns and price point, not advice meant for totally different markets.Inherited a property and not sure what to do next?
Your hub outlines inheritance-specific issues, next steps, and the decisions you’ll likely face.
Every situation has its own starting point, rather than forcing you onto a generic path.
2. Handpicked YouTube videos on your topics
You also get two of the highest-performing videos from my YouTube channel, specifically related to your scenario.
These aren’t random uploads or full playlists. They’re videos that:
Match your topic (selling, buying, relocating, inheriting, downsizing, etc.).
Have already been validated by views and watch time—if 40,000 people watched a video on timing the New Jersey market as a seller, and your situation is similar, that video goes on your page.
You see what other people in your position have found most useful—without having to dig for it.
3. Interactive real estate “guides that talk back”
This is one of the most powerful parts of the hub.
Using a tool called NotebookLM, I’ve built interactive guides on specific real estate topics. These are not PDFs you download once and forget. Instead, they are.
Knowledge bases built from research, experience, and local insight.
Interactive references where you can ask questions and get answers drawn directly from the material in that guide.
It’s like having a reference document that can “talk back” to you so you can drill down on the parts that matter most in your decision.
4. Virtual neighborhood tours from your desk
The final piece is perfect for relocation buyers, families helping parents move, or anyone trying to narrow down towns before spending weekends on the road.
Using Google Genie, I’ve embedded virtual neighborhood tours directly into your hub. You can:
Sit at your desk
Pick towns like Fort Lee, Leonia, Edgewater, Cliffside Park, North Bergen, and more
Get a feel for what the streets look like, what’s nearby, and what the commute looks like
This lets you preview neighborhoods and eliminate (or highlight) options before you ever schedule a showing.
“Is this just a fancy lead capture form?”
Fair question—and the answer is no.
Most online quizzes are built to get your email and push you into a drip campaign or onto an auto-dialer. You fill it out; suddenly, five agents are calling you from three different companies.
That’s not how this hub works and not how I’ve done business for 33 years.
Here’s how this is set up:
The hub’s primary purpose is to give you information first—hyper-relevant, organized, and local to your situation.
At the very bottom of the page, there’s one button: if and when you’re ready, you can book a consultation with me.
If you never click it, you won’t get pressure, spam, or daily follow-up calls.
You control when and if you want a live conversation.
Who this is perfect for
This custom hub is ideal if you are:
3–12 months out from making a move and want to start smart
Relocating to or from Bergen or Hudson County (or New Jersey to Florida)
A first-time buyer trying to understand towns, price points, and options
Selling a long-time home or helping a parent downsize
Dealing with an inherited property and unsure of the right next steps
In 32+ years, the clients who have made the best decisions are the ones who started with the right information for their specific situation, not just more information. That’s exactly what this hub is designed to provide.
