Our middle daughter was diagnosed with ADHD in 2nd grade. Our youngest daughter has Mixed Dyslexia and reading comprehension challenges in third grade. Through listening to multiple audiobooks, reading numerous articles, and watching a lot of Ted Talks, I've collected some of the best resources and posted them here. I hope these resources can help if one of your children also learns differently. Just because they learn differently, doesn't mean they can't succeed.
Our 21-year-old has been accepted into the Masters of Science in Sustainability program at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Starting in the Fall, of 2023. Our 17-year-old has been accepted into a Bachelor in Fine Art with a Major in Illustration and Creative Design at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. Starting, in Fall, 2023 as well.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention our 23-year-old daughter is also graduating from Columbia University with her Master's in Bio-Medical Engineering in June 2023. We accomplished this by all working together and staying resilient and knowing what is the most important thing to us, our family.
Feel free to message me anytime with questions or for resources. I'm happy to help. Thanks, Scott Selleck
