Fortunately, Scott was super knowledgeable about our area and surrounding areas. We had a tight timeline to find a tenant. He had our listing on the MLS and all related sites within one day of seeing the apartment. He created an intense interest in the listing within the first few days. He was consistent in his communications. Any interest and applications were sent to us immediately. He did so much work for us: coordinating the visit with our tenants, application submission, credit check, and initial interviews. He forwarded all applications and asked for feedback.
